Success Manager

New York, NY

About The Role

Organizer Success is the lifeblood of POSH. The Success Team at POSH is highly versatile, spending most of its time communicating with our ecosystem of event industry stakeholders to understand their needs and drive their growth on POSH.

We're now hiring a Success Manager to join our growing team in person at our SoHo office. You will guide new organizers through their first event, interface with existing users to gather & synthesize product feedback, and create robust automation and workflows to help organizers scale their communities beyond their wildest dreams.

What You'll Learn & Achieve

  • Organizer Engagement: Create ongoing relationships with existing organizers, manage a large tech-touch-driven book of business worldwide, and work cross-functionally with sales and support partners to ensure the strong adoption of POSH.
  • Feedback Synthesis: Collaborate with POSH’s product team to translate user feedback into actionable product improvements and feature requests.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Strategic Advisory: Proactively intervene with data-driven advice to organizers for expanding their audience and maximizing their events' impact, helping them grow their communities as they go.

We've achieved more than teams 10x our size in a tenth of the time — and there's so much more to come.
