About the Role: 

Brightline brings virtual behavioral and mental health care to families, when and where they need it. We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and work closely with Partnerships and Client Success. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the member marketing efforts through our key partners as well as a segment of our enterprise accounts, focusing on the employee health and wellness space. As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will utilize your expertise to leverage proven marketing approaches to achieve member growth and hit key success metrics, and collaborate with partners to maximize available marketing opportunities.

  • You will establish collaborative working relationships with Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, Data Science, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of marketing strategies for Partnership and select Enterprise channels.

Strategic Mindset: 

  • You will become knowledgeable about our partners’ and select enterprise segments’ activation rates and associated marketing engagement efforts, providing explanations about activation performance by account and segment and leveraging insights to improve future performance.

  • You will utilize dashboards and data to track activation performance and other key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

  • You will adapt your approach to match the shifting demands of our organization.

  • You are comfortable juggling many demands and details, and can diplomatically influence your different stakeholders to align on a set of priorities.
  • You have experience developing and implementing engagement strategies for large enterprise accounts.
  • You are comfortable working with cross functional teams and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves or project manage complex processes in order to get things done in a timely manner.
  • You use available data to back up your recommendations. You have a strong orientation to reviewing data, digging deeper into areas that may need more discovery, building business takeaways based on data.
  • You have created and presented business case presentations to senior management.
  • You have strong industry experience in benefits providers, employee health and wellness, health plans, or related commercial spaces.
  • Experience in growth marketing or client success roles will help someone succeed in this role.

Compensation Philosophy:

  • At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $108,000-$162,000.
