Partnerships Strategy and Operations Lead

What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to help us develop and strengthen relationships with new key partners and expand our outreach motions for new and existing channels. You’ll be responsible for internal processes to support our partnerships sales motion, exploring new go-to-market opportunities alongside our team. You’ll be a key figure within our Partnerships team and will report directly into our Strategic Partnerships Chief of Staff.


Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting key partnership workstreams, including pipeline tracking and monitoring, expansion of existing partnerships, and collaboration with internal and external cross-functional partners
  • Analyzing new opportunities for partnerships at Grow and making recommendations on where to invest or prioritize organizational resources
  • Contributing to creative strategies to help finalize partnerships or develop new relationships with partners that are of high value to our organization and mission
  • Performing data analyses, researching rates, and negotiation support to enable the Payor Sales team


Salary range: $107,681 - $140,760


You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have experience in or exposure to the healthcare industry, with familiarity of the basic operations between payors, providers, and patients
  • You have previous experience in banking, consulting, or a similarly analytically focused role, or have experience in revenue operations at a fast-growing startup
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You can collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external teams
  • You live in or can commute to the NYC area
  • You are skilled in SQL
  • Bonus points for: 
  • Experience in the mental healthcare space
  • Experience working with Retool or Looker
