Internal Creative Agency Program

Meta is recruiting for our NeXt Up talent program and seeking five rising stars from historically underserved communities to fill roles in Copywriting, Art Direction, Design, Production, and Program Management for Creative X, Meta’s internal creative agency.

We are looking for talented, self-driven, diverse applicants to work a minimum of 12 months (3 days a week in-person) in our NYC offices. No prior agency experience is necessary, but bringing a strong commitment and foundation in non-traditional, innovative work to Creative X is key to a successful candidate.
