Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior work experience in customer-facing or service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Embraces change and has a genuine curiosity for healthcare
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and team members
- Must travel up to 30 - 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing and calling campaigns to drive change among physicians
- Educate and register physicians for PerfectServe programs
- Provide consultation support to physicians with call workflow configuration
- Work with third-party systems to integrate solutions into the PerfectServe system
- Perform device testing to ensure quality standards are followed
- Educate new clinical users at the hospital pre and post go-live
- Perform any other duties as needed
