Implementation Consultant I



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior work experience in customer-facing or service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Embraces change and has a genuine curiosity for healthcare
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers and team members
  • Must travel up to 30 - 50% of the time


  • Execute marketing and calling campaigns to drive change among physicians
  • Educate and register physicians for PerfectServe programs
  • Provide consultation support to physicians with call workflow configuration
  • Work with third-party systems to integrate solutions into the PerfectServe system
  • Perform device testing to ensure quality standards are followed
  • Educate new clinical users at the hospital pre and post go-live
  • Perform any other duties as needed
