We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead human resources and culture-building initiatives across our family office, hedge/venture fund, and incubator. This pivotal role will manage the rapid expansion of our team, expected to double within the next year, while nurturing a robust and evolving company culture. The CPO will be instrumental in shaping our future growth and will be offered carry in the fund, family office, and incubator as part of the compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition and Scaling:
  • Oversee the strategic growth of the team, ensuring efficient recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with department heads for staffing needs, driving effective fulfillment strategies.
  • HR Leadership and Strategy:
  • Develop HR strategies aligned with scaling needs and long-term growth objectives.
  • Provide expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, and people management.
  • Culture Development:
  • Foster a strong, inclusive culture, adaptable to rapid organizational growth.
  • Implement initiatives enhancing employee engagement and retention.
  • Performance Management:
  • Establish performance management systems supporting company objectives and employee development.
  • Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • HR Operations and Compliance:
  • Manage HR operations, including compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all HR practices.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Advocate for continuous learning and development, tailored to organizational needs.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years senior-level experience in people operations or relevant adjacent roles.
  • Proven track record in HR leadership within fast-scaling organizations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with modern HR technologies and data-driven strategies.
