  • Oversee all company-wide meetings and ensure that communication is coordinated effectively to promote alignment and consistency throughout the organization.
  • Server as a liaison between the sales team and COO, researching and analyzing sales data to generate diverse reports and insights on sales metrics that can support our growth objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating, conducting interviews, and providing support for implementing new technologies to enhance business operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Responsible for managing automation tools that enhance the sales process efficiency and overseeing HubSpot's forecasting and reporting tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales and legal departments to streamline customer onboarding by fulfilling their legal and security needs.
  • Optimize customer onboarding by fostering seamless communication and collaboration between the sales and legal departments, ensuring efficient fulfillment of all legal and security requirements, and processing purchase orders and billing.
  • Champion the recruitment and selection process for top-tier sales and marketing talent.
  • Designing and implementing cutting-edge sales processes that empower sales teams, specialists, and representatives to achieve unprecedented success.
  • Take charge of sales enablement planning and flawless execution, providing invaluable support to new additions to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis and consumer trend insights to pinpoint valuable customers and lucrative sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders across various functions to curate and present compelling content for board decks and company-wide meetings.
  • Own our extensive repository, housing all critical sales enablement, marketing content, customer documentation, and essential materials.

  • Familiarity and adeptness with essential tools such as HubSpot and Apollo.
