Analyst – Customer Data Insights



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field and 1+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role; OR Relevant professional development training (e.g. bootcamps, certifications) in conjunction with 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience working with AWS cloud services and tools for data analysis, pipelines, and database management
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills with non-technical stakeholders


  • Collect, clean, and process raw data from multiple sources
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently
  • Implement data governance practices to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security
  • Take ownership of understanding data lineage and definitions to support accurate analysis and decision-making
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies or issues with existing reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data processes and workflows
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and decision-making processes
